Unearth your challenges
To solve and identify the right, relevant problems and ideas to help your business launch or grow, the first step is to understand and ask the right questions. And the rule is that there are never any dumb questions. I will be the chief questioner with my research glasses wandering around the rabbit hole to understand and consolidate perspectives. As a part of this offering, I use the design thinking tools along with primary/secondary research methods to investigate and gather manure to help you with your problem.

I work with you to design new operating and service models using human-centred design frameworks. One key aspect of designing new models is walking the journey with the end-user. Using different tools and frameworks like business canvas, service blueprinting, customer journey maps, persona mapping and a host of other similar tools, I will create prototypes and final build to ensure that it meets your business need.

In a world of shiny new objects, simplification is often thought of as automation. To truly optimise and transform a process, it needs to be evaluated more holistically. Sometimes simplification can call for eliminating processes that are redundant or a simple re-engineering using lean methods. The most efficient processes are generally the most simplified ones. How might we find solutions that are simple, viable and sustainable? Which parts of the value chain can be digitised? What parts need the human touch? I work with you to assess and find the best possible solutions that can help you tweak, and build agile and robust processes.
